Slow Cooker Fiesta Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup barbeque sauce
- 4 teaspoons chipotle powder
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 100% whole wheat hamburger buns
- 1 Fiesta Lime Slaw recipe
- 1 DOLE® Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Directions
- Whisk together garlic, barbeque sauce, chipotle powder, cumin and ½ cup water, in medium bowl. Add chicken and barbeque sauce mixture to slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours (or on LOW 8 hours) or until chicken is very tender. Transfer chicken to bowl; shred with 2 forks. Add liquid from slow cooker to chicken; toss. Makes about 3 cups.
- Serve chicken mixture in buns topped with avocado and slaw.
