Fiesta Lime Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 DOLE® Lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon raw cane sugar
- ½ teaspoon gluten free garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced DOLE® Green Cabbage
- ½ cup DOLE® Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced DOLE® Red Cabbage
- ¼ teaspoon lime zest
Directions
- Whisk lime juice, sour cream, vinegar, oil, cilantro, sugar, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl; fold in green cabbage, carrots, red cabbage and lime zest. Makes about 2½ cups.
