Festive Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into 1/2” cubes
- 2 cups mango, peeled and diced
- 2 DOLE Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup orange, peeled and cut into rounds
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
Directions
- Combine pineapple, mango, bananas, orange, brown sugar, lime juice, cranberries, and mint in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour.
- Sprinkle fruit with coconut before serving.
