French Onion Turkey Bistro Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 whole wheat buns
- 12 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast (from Dutch Oven French Onion Turkey Breast recipe)
- 2/3 cup caramelized onions (from Dutch Oven French Onion Turkey Breast recipe)
- 1 cup DOLE® Baby Arugula
Directions
- Spread mustard on cut sides of bottom buns; top with turkey, onions, arugula and top bun.
Tips & tricks
For a turkey melt version, layer the bottom buns with turkey, onions and a slice of reduced fat Swiss cheese; broil for 1 minute or until cheese is melted, then top with arugula and the top bun.
