Oven-Fried Gochujang Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1¼ pounds DOLE® Brussels Sprouts, halved (about 5 cups)
- 4 slices lower sodium turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2½ tablespoon gochujang sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons less-sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a rimmed baking pan in oven; preheat 10 minutes or until very hot.
- Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl; spread in a single layer on preheated pan. Roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once. Makes about 4 cups.
