Garden Vegetable Coleslaw
A healthy coleslaw recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) DOLE® Classic Coleslaw
- 2 cups DOLE® Broccoli Florets or Broccoli Bouquet
- 1 cup DOLE® Celery, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Directions
- Combine coleslaw, broccoli, celery and tomatoes, in large serving bowl.
- Stir together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder and sugar (if desired) in small bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
