Whipped Strawberry Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 ripe DOLE® Banana, peeled and cut crosswise into thirds
- 1 cup hulled and quartered DOLE® Strawberries plus additional whole for dipping (optional)
- ½ cup vanilla dairy free almond milk yogurt alternative
- 1 container (9 ounces) coconut whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pound DOLE® Green and/or Red Grapes
- 1 large DOLE® Red Apple, halved, cored and thinly sliced
- ¼ DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup DOLE® Blueberries
Directions
- Purée banana, quartered strawberries and yogurt in a food processor on high until smooth; transfer to a large bowl and fold in whipped topping. Makes about 3½ cups.
- Serve dip with grapes, apple, pineapple, blueberries and whole strawberries, if desired.
