“Un-Charcuterie” Dessert Platter
Ingredients
Banana-Tahini Dip- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 bar (3.5 ounces) dark chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 4 DOLE® Celery Stalks, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup DOLE® Blackberries
- 1 cup DOLE® Raspberries
- 1/3 cup roasted unsalted almonds
- 1/3 cup roasted unsalted cashews
Directions
- Pulse banana, tahini, syrup, and cinnamon in a food processor 15 times or until smooth; transfer Banana-Tahini Dip to serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup.
- Arrange chocolate, celery, blackberries, raspberries, almonds, and cashews on serving platter; serve with Banana-Tahini Dip.
