Tropical Banana Split Milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 DOLE® Kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 ripe DOLE® Banana, peeled, cut crosswise into thirds and frozen
- 1 cup chopped DOLE® Mango
- 1 cup chopped DOLE® Pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream
- 1/2 cup light coconut whipped topping
- 4 DOLE® Cherries
- 1 teaspoon rainbow sprinkles
Directions
- Toast cashews and coconut in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently; transfer to plate to cool.
- Purée kiwi, banana, mango, pineapple, milk and ice cream in a blender on high until smooth; serve garnished with whipped topping, cherries, sprinkles and cashew mixture. Makes about 4½ cups.
