Thanksgiving Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 DOLE® Avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 cups DOLE Green Leaf Lettuce
- 2 cups leftover skinless roast turkey, sliced
- 1/2 cup DOLE Pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup cranberry relish
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon shaved Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine avocado and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Mash avocado with a fork.
- Toast bread. Spread mashed avocado evenly on bread slices.
- Top toast with lettuce, turkey, pineapple and cranberry relish.
- Sprinkle toast with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
