Thai Fruit Salad
Try this amazingly seasoned Thai Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups chunked DOLE® Honeydew Melon
- 3 cups chunked watermelon
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh DOLE Cilantro or parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 firm, small DOLE Bananas, peeled
- Dry roasted peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Combine honeydew and watermelon in a shallow casserole dish.
- Stir together lime juice, brown sugar, cilantro, lime peel and salt. Pour over fruit. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Slice bananas; toss with fruit mixture. Serve fruit topped with peanuts, if desired.
