Southwest Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 cup fresh mango, diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 pkg. (13 oz.) DOLE® Southwest Salad Kit
6 (7-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet, cook garlic until tender.Stir in ground turkey and lemon pepper, cook until turkey is lightly browned and juices are clear.
- Stir together mango, lime juice and honey, in bowl, until evenly coated.
- Pour salad kit ingredients into bowl and toss together.Warm tortillas until softened.Spoon about 1/2 cup salad, 1/3 cup turkey and 1/4 cup mango mixture onto each tortilla.Sprinkle with cilantro and roll up.
