Romaine Fennel and Apple Salad
Fresh and quick salad combination
Ingredients
- 8 cups DOLE® Hearts of Romaine
- 1 small fennel bulb
- 1 medium DOLE Green Apple
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 tablespoon course-grain mustard
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Combine romaine, fennel, apple and cheese in large bowl.
- Whisk together dressing and mustard in small bowl.
- Toss with romaine mixture. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
