Power-Pop Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pecans
- 2 Dole banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Dole raspberries
- 1 cup Dole strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350’F.
How to make:
- TOAST the pecans in a frying pan on the stove top, cook for five to eight minutes or until crisp and aromatic, remove from the stove and allow to cool, then crush to breadcrumb texture.
- PLACE the rest of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and thick, pour into six glasses and sprinkle over the crushed pecans, serve.
