Pomegranate Poke
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons DOLE® Red Onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup DOLE® Green Onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup less sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon pickled ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 12 oz. sushi-grade salmon, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 1 pkg. (13.1 oz.) DOLE® Chopped Pomegranate Salad Kit
Directions
- Combine red onion, green onions, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, pickled ginger and sesame seeds, salmon and pineapple in medium bowl. Toss gently to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Empty contents of the salad kit in a large bowl. Add dressing from packet and toss gently to coat. Using a slotted spoon, remove salmon and pineapple from marinade and add to prepared salad. Discard leftover marinade. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Ahi tuna may be substituted for salmon.
