Pineapple-Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 DOLE® Apricot, pitted, chopped and frozen
- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen
- 2 cups chopped and frozen DOLE® Pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender on high 1 minute or until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
