Mexican Tomato Dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tomato juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 tablespoon green chile, seeded and diced
- 1 large tomato seeded and diced
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Season to taste.
- Toss with DOLE 50/50 Blend until coated, as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
