Hawaiian Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon raw cane sugar
- ½ teaspoon gluten free garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon gluten free onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon gluten free chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon gluten free smoked paprika
- 2 cups thinly sliced DOLE® Green Cabbage
- ½ cup DOLE® Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced DOLE® Red Cabbage
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Whisk pineapple juice, oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and paprika in a large bowl; fold in green cabbage, carrots, red cabbage, sesame seeds and parsley. Makes about 2½ cups.
