Grilled Peaches with Crumbled Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 3 DOLE® Peaches, halved and pitted
- 3 cups DOLE 50/50 Salad Blend
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Directions
- Combine oil, ginger, paprika and salt in small bowl. Pour over peaches in shallow glass dish. Marinate 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill or broiler to high heat. Place peaches on grill pan and grill on both sides until soften and charred. Remove and keep warm.
- Arrange peaches, cut side up, on a serving platter. Nest a handful of greens in the center of each peach half and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, pomegranate seeds and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
