Grilled Banana-Berry S'mores
Ingredients
- 4 ripe Dole® Bananas
- 1/4 cup gluten free mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons gluten free dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Dole® Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Dole® Raspberries
Directions
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Carefully cut lengthwise slit down center of each banana.
- Fill bananas with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place bananas, filling side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned and chocolate melts.
- Serve bananas topped with blueberries and raspberries.
Tips & tricks
Chef Tip
For easier cleanup, wrap filled bananas, filling side up, in aluminum foil and cook for 10 minutes.
