Green Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe DOLE® Bananas, peeled, cut crosswise into thirds and frozen
- 2 cups loosely packed DOLE® 50-50 Blend
- 1½ cups chopped cantaloupe plus additional for garnish (optional)
- 1½ cups coconut water
- ½ cup chopped English cucumber plus additional for garnish (optional)
- ¼ cup vanilla or plain almond milk yogurt alternative
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth; serve garnished with cantaloupe and cucumber, if desired. Makes about 5 cups.
Tips & tricks
Peel and freeze ripe bananas to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as smoothies and baking.
