Fire Roasted Hatch Chile Red Grape Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup pecan halves
- 1 package (11.3 ounces) DOLE® Premium Ultimate Caesar Kit™
- 2 cups halved red grapes
- ½ cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch chiles
Directions
- Toast pecans in a medium skillet over medium-low heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently; transfer to plate to cool.
- Prepare Caesar Kit as package directs in a large bowl; fold in grapes, Hatch chiles and pecans. Makes about 6 cups.
