Easy 5-Ingredient Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 large head DOLE® Broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10-inch pan with sides with foil.
- Toss together broccoli, oil, and pepper and arrange on baking pan, placing larger florets near the edges.
- Roast 15 minutes. Turn florets over and continue roasting 10 minutes more or until tender and lightly charred.
- Remove from oven and squeeze lemon over and sprinkle with cheese.
