Dole Whip® Slip Top
Ingredients
- 1 envelope (0.25 ounces) unflavored gelatin powder
- 8 ounces canned unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 DOLE® Banana, mashed
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 package (3 ounces) pineapple-flavored gelatin dessert powder (such as Jell-O®)
- 1 cup chopped DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple
Directions
1. Stir unflavored gelatin powder and ¼ cup cold water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
2. Stir milk and sugar in a small saucepot; heat to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Whisk in unflavored gelatin mixture; remove from heat. Whisk in banana and sour cream; divide into 6 coupe glasses and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
3. Stir pineapple-flavored gelatin and 1 cup boiling water in a medium bowl; let stand 15 minutes or until lukewarm. Divide pineapple over milk mixture; pour pineapple gelatin mixture over pineapple; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Makes 6 DOLE® Whip Slip-Tops.
