Buffalo Chickpea Wraps
Ingredients
1 can (15.5 ounces) reduced sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed¼ cup cayenne pepper hot sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
1 stalk DOLE® Celery, thinly sliced crosswise
¼ DOLE® Red Onion, chopped
2 cups DOLE® Field Greens
¼ cup crumbled vegan feta cheese
⅓ cup vegan ranch dressing
Directions
- Coarsely mash chickpeas, hot sauce and garlic powder with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Fill tortillas with celery, onion, greens, cheese and chickpea mixture; drizzle with dressing and roll up.
