Breakfast Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients

• 1 DOLE® Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit

• ½ cup chopped, cooked turkey bacon

• 4 eggs

Directions

1.  Prepare 1 DOLE® Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit as label directs for just the vegetables, reserving ½ the seasoning; stir in ½ cup chopped, cooked turkey bacon.

2.  With back of a large spoon, make 4 wells in vegetable mixture.

3.  Crack 1 egg in each well and sprinkle with remaining seasoning; bake 8 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through and yolks are slightly soft.

4.  Makes about 3½ cups vegetables.
