Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat large pot of water to boiling, add ziti pasta, and cook 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain.
  3. Cook onion and turkey over medium heat in large skillet 7 minutes, stirring, or until onion is tender and turkey is cooked. Drain off fat.
  4. Stir pasta sauce, carrot, and spinach into turkey mixture, cooking 10 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Layer into prepared dish, one half each ziti, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and turkey mixture, repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Serve with DOLE® Chopped Caesar Salad Kit or DOLE® Chopped Greek Salad Kit.
