Bean Tuna and Arugula Grilled Crostini
Quick and delicious appetizer or side.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (5 oz.) DOLE® Arugula
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (5 oz.) albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- to taste Italian dressing
- to taste Salt and ground pepper
- 12 slices thick slices rustic bread, lightly grilled/toasted
Directions
- Combine arugula, beans, tuna and red onion in large bowl.
- Toss with Italian dressing, to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange grilled bread on serving platter.
- Top each with salad mixture.
