Banana Dalgona Whipped Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener or other sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 ripe DOLE® Banana, peeled
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
1. Stir sweetener, espresso powder and water in a medium bowl; with mixer on medium-high speed, beat 2 minutes or until light and foamy.
2. Purée banana and milk in a blender on high until smooth.
3. Pour banana mixture into a mug over ice; spoon coffee foam on top and stir in foam. Makes 1 coffee.
