Aioli Dressing
A quick dressing to top salads or entrees.
Ingredients
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar• 2 tablespoons water• 5 garlic cloves, finely minced• 1 pasteurized egg, or ¼ egg substitute• 1 teaspoon salt• ½ teaspoon sugar• ½ teaspoon yellow mustard• 1/3 cup olive oil• 1/3 cup vegetable oilDirections
- Combine all ingredients except oils in blender. Cover; blend at medium speed.
- Slowly add oils in thin stream, until blended.
- Toss with DOLE® Arugula to coat, as desired.
- Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
