Agrabah Spiced Pineapple Jam
Tropical jam with a hint of spice
Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped DOLE® Pineapple
- ½ DOLE® Lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
- Heat pineapple, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and ¼ cup water to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook pineapple mixture 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally; blend with an immersion blender until slightly chunky. Remove pineapple mixture from heat; cool completely. Makes about 2/3 cup.
