Gold potatoes have thin skins and their versatility makes them excellent for roasting, boiling, and mashing with skins on. White potatoes are considered an all-purpose potato. Peel away the potato skin and remove any dark spots caused by bruising.
How do you store potatoes?
Store in a cool, dry, dark, and well-ventilated place for up to 4 weeks. Do not refrigerate because cold temperatures turn the starch in potatoes to sugar.
