CHARLOTTE, NC – (July 19, 2023) – Dole Food Company, Inc. is looking to the stars to encourage Americans to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables by suggesting a unique Dole Whip recipe

In honor of Dole Whip Day on July 20, the produce leader is unveiling eight new fresh-ingredient DIY Dole Whip recipes to bring the total number of Dole-created Dole Whips that can be made at home to 13. Melanie Marcus, RD, MA, Dole’s nutrition and health communications manager, and her team matched Dole Whips to the personality traits of the astrology signs for fun and to inspire more Americans to whip-up the iconic frozen treat at home.

 “From Leos seeking bold flavors to Geminis needing something new to Capricorns looking for the tried and true, there’s a new or classic Dole Whip for every sign – and every Dole Whip fan,” said Marcus.
