• Their unique DIY Dole Whip recipe added to our Dole Whip Wonderland website (part of our global dole.com website)
• Their photograph and Dole Whip recipe displayed in a special #DoleWhipLife 2024 Creators of the Year section on our Dole Whip Wonderland website (part of our global dole.com website) for all of 2024
  • Section to include a short write up about each creator and their Dole Whip creation
• Influencer photo and custom Dole Whip recipe featured in a winner announcement post on Dole social channels once winners have been notified in February of 2024 (specific channels to be determined exclusively by Dole)
• Early access to new Dole recipes and brand content (such as Disney, Dole Whip Day, new products, etc.) before general public
• Promotion of their recipe (with attribution) during certain social media relevant times on Dole social channels in 2024 (specific timing and channels to be determined exclusively by Dole)

Contest Submission Details and Rules

We want to see how creative your recipe skills can be! Enter our #DoleWhipLife 2024 Creators of the Year Contest by creating a unique, one-of-a-kind DIY Dole Whip inspired recipe. Take pictures or video of your creation to share with us, answer some entry form questions and submit your recipe and images/video!

Who Can Enter

Our #DoleWhipLife 2024 Creators of the Year Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C. 18 years of age and older who are currently established influencers with a social media channel audience following of at least 10,000 on one of the accepted social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.

One submission per person per household. Should you want to submit multiple recipes, they will need to be included within a single document and each represented by an image.

How to Create and Submit Your DIY Dole Whip Inspired Recipe

One thing to note, traditional DIY Dole Whips are a cold/frozen treat made from fresh frozen pineapple, banana, and coconut milk. These ingredients MUST be present in ANY recipe submitted. However, we welcome the use of these ingredients in other formats outside of the traditional frozen treat!

When crafting your recipes please follow the guidelines listed below. All recipes will be judged according to how well they adhere to the contest guidelines, rules, and regulations found here.

• You must submit an original Dole Whip recipe
• Dole is primarily a health focused company in the fresh produce space - recipes should have limited use of added sugar, if at all and provide a unique recipe with healthy nutrition in mind
• Recipes MUST incorporate DOLE fresh Pineapple and/or Bananas
• Additional fruit or vegetables can also be used (even those not listed below)
• Any traditional DIY Dole Whip submissions must have that classic whip consistency that can be “piped”
• Non-traditional Dole Whip themed recipes are accepted but must: use the major ingredients from our DIY Dole Whip recipe. (Banana, pineapple, coconut milk)
• We are open to alternate formats such as floats, overnight oats, puddings, popsicles, desserts, breakfast alternatives, even savory options etc.
• Provide an official document containing the title and short description of recipe, with format of "Ingredients" and "Directions," and number of servings. Exact ingredient measurements should be listed, and equipment needed for the recipe included. See example
• Recipe must include step-by-step directions for preparation and cooking to include times
• Indicate recipe categories – Vegan, vegetarian, low sodium, low fat, gluten free, dairy free, kid friendly
• A chef's tip can be included if desired
• If nutrition analysis software is available, please provide nutrition for one serving of the recipe
• A photo/s of the completed Dole Whip inspired recipe in its presentation form must be submitted along with the recipe document. A video may also be included as an additional visual, however, a photo of the finished product is required at a minimum to be considered
  • Recipes must be original work and not previously published nor have won other awards
  • Upon entering the contest, you agree to assign rights to Dole Food Company to use your recipe, imagery, and credit its development to you in perpetuity
