We all know oats are a healthy breakfast option. They’re a hearty whole grain, full of healthy soluble fiber, have a nutty flavor, and pair well with fruit for a balanced breakfast. But what if we told you that you could quickly blend your oatmeal ingredients and bake to result in a cakey texture that is just as wholesome as your traditional bowl of oats?

Our culinary trained dietitian, Melanie Marcus, developed two recipes that feature oatmeal and use bananas instead of added sugar and fats!
Our blended oatmeal bakes are gluten free, a good source of fiber and have 7-10g of protein per serving! Finally, a way to have your cake and eat it too!!
