Don’t eat salad?  Not sure you want to?  In honor of salad month this year, our Dole salad experts turned to the stars for inspiration and are recommending a unique Dole salad recipe for every sign of the Zodiac.  Let the stars be your guide! 

Capricorn: December 22–January 19
