Banana Tea
A sweet sleep solution
Do you want to get a more restful sleep? If so, you’re not alone. According to the National Sleep Foundation about 1/3 of adults struggle with getting enough sleep. Meaning that they don’t get the full 7-9 hours of sleep that experts recommend to support overall well-being including mood, mental sharpness and productivity.
One unexpected and natural way to improve sleep is with a cup of banana tea before bed. Besides being easy to make, banana tea also contains the same sleep promoting nutrients found in raw bananas.
