Raspberry smoothie with algae
A dream in green and pink – that’s what this delicious raspberry smoothie with algae looks like. Algae? Does that taste good? Of course – and, in addition, this creative smoothie is deliciously refreshing and ready in the blink of an eye. It’s perfect as a revitalising drink for small breaks between meals.

Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 400 g soya yoghurt
- 1 squeezed grapefruit
- 300 g raspberries
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp chlorella (available in supermarkets or organic shops)
- 2 tbsp puffed quinoa
Directions
- Mix 100 ml of almond milk and 200 g of soya yoghurt with the grapefruit juice, 200 g of raspberries and honey until smooth. Mix the remainder of the almond milk and yoghurt with the chlorella.
- Pour the green smoothie mixture into glasses. Then place a spoon over the green mixture and carefully pour the red mixture over the spoon to form two separate layers.
- Serve with the puffed quinoa and the rest of the raspberries.
Tips & tricks
A mint leaf placed on top brings an extra portion of freshness.
