Fruity coconut chia pudding
Pudding is a sweet treat and can actually be made without chocolate! Our fruity coconut chia pudding, made with chia seeds, coconut, berries, pineapple and mango, will seduce everyone – young and old – who has a sweet tooth. A dream come true in a glass!
Ingredients
- 350 milliliters coconut and almond milk (light)
- 100 grammes chia seeds
- 400 grammes pineapple
- 1 mango
- 200 grammes raspberries
- 4 tablespoons 3– honey
- small handful of roasted pistachio nuts
- a few mint leaves to garnish
