Pineapple Buddha Bowl

Ingredients
- 40 grammes quinoa
- 60 grammes chickpeas, drained weight
- 300 grammes 200– pineapple
- 50 grammes rocket leaves
- 1-2 oranges
- 1 avocado
- 1 fig
- 60 milliliters orange juice (100% fruit)
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 1 handful walnut kernels
- ½ handful coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper
