White Fish with Banana Salsa
This tasty dish comes from New Zealand. White fish complimented by banana salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 DOLE® Bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons. packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons. lime juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon. chopped fresh mint
- 1-1/2 teaspoons. hot red chile, minced, seeds removed
- 4 cooked white fish fillets (about 1.25 pounds total)
Directions
- Combine bananas, brown sugar lime juice, cilantro, mint and chile in medium bowl. Let stand a few minutes to blend flavors, Serve over cooked fish.
