Taco Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 package (12.9 ounces) DOLE® Chopped Chipotle & Cheddar Kit
- 4 (7- to 8-inch) multigrain flatbreads
- 1 cup vegetarian low-fat refried black beans
- 1 large Roma tomato, chopped
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced DOLE® Red Onion
- ¼ cup drained pickled jalapeño pepper slices
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped (optional)
Directions
- Prepare Chopped Kit as label directs in a large bowl.
- Spread flatbreads with beans; top with tomato, onion, jalapeño, avocado, if desired, and Chopped Kit. Roll up tightly; cut each crosswise in half.
