Snack-Snack Attack
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
- 4 slices whole wheat bread or seeded bread, toasted
- 1 medium Dole bananas, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
- ¼ cup crispy brown rice cereal
(Optional toppings toasted coconut or toasted sesame seeds)
Directions
- PLACE the tahini, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.
- SPREAD the peanut butter on the toasts and top with the sliced bananas, blueberries and pineapple.
- DRIZZLE with the tahini mixture and sprinkle with crispy brown rice cereal.
