Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
Classic dish, great as a side or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 pound DOLE® Asparagus, trimmed
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place asparagus on large baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with olive oil; roll in oil to coat asparagus. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
- Arrange asparagus on serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
