Raspberry Mint Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and sliced, reserving two slices for garnish
- 1 cup diced, fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple
- 1/2 cup DOLE® Raspberries plus more for garnish
- 3/4 cup unsweetened original almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Mint sprigs, optional garnish
Directions
- Combine banana, pineapple, raspberries, almond milk, ice, mint, and honey in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with reserved banana slices, raspberries and mint sprigs, if desired.
