Lemon-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) silken tofu, drained
- 1 DOLE® Lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup)
- 2 cups refrigerated gluten free vanilla soy milk
- 1 cup hulled and quartered DOLE® Strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup packed DOLE® Baby Spinach
- ½ cup DOLE® Blackberries, frozen
- ½ cup DOLE® Blueberries, frozen
- ½ cup DOLE® Raspberries, frozen
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 6½ cups.
