Kicked-up Curried Cream Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 cup DOLE® Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) DOLE® Spinach
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in red pepper and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Stir in green onions and curry powder; cook for 1 minute.
- Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted before adding more. Stir in yogurt, pepper, and salt; bring to a boil, remove from heat, serve.
