Frozen Banana Blast
Ingredients
- 3 large DOLE® Bananas (very ripe speckled bananas)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Slice bananas into coins and freeze until firm—about 1-3 hours or overnight.
- Add all ingredients to food processor or strong blender. Pulse until combined and then blend until smooth, making sure sides are scraped 1-2 times to ensure ingredients are well combined and without lumps, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
- Enjoy right away as soft serve or store in freezer safe container for a “hard” ice cream.
