Chopped Wrap to Go

Ingredients

• 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
• 4 tablespoons prepared hummus 
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper
• 1 pkg. (13 oz.)  DOLE® Chopped Sunflower Crunch Salad Kit

Directions

1. Warm tortillas until softened.  
2. Spread 1 tablespoon hummus onto each tortilla.  Sprinkle evenly cheese, cilantro and pepper over hummus.  
3. Pour salad kit ingredients into bowl and toss together.  Divide salad between tortillas.  Fold tortilla sides over and roll up.
