Ingredients
- 1 pkg. DOLE® Chopped Sesame Asian Kit
- 2 cups diced papaya
- 3/4 cup cooked red quinoa
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 2 tablespoons salted pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Combine salad kit ingredients with papaya and quinoa.
- Divide the salad between four serving bowls then top with dried cherries and pumpkin seeds.
- Tip: You can add dried cherries right out of the bag or soften them for a few minutes. Bring water or juice to a boil, add the cherries, and they will soften before your eyes.
